Jay is a tech innovation leader with a passion for building high growth, scalable tech businesses.
He is Director and Board Advisor across multiple FinTech, InsurTech, MedTech, PropTech, Consultancy and Wealth Management firms, helping CEO’s, founders and entrepreneurs solve technology delivery and investment related challenges.
Having built a successful technology career in Investment Banking, delivering digital quality transformation for multibillion-dollar clients such as Murex, Deutsche Bank and Lloyds Banking Group, Jay combines a genuine passion for digital quality with the practical skills, experience and drive required to deliver in complex, dynamic environments.
As well as providing overarching leadership across all of our services as Managing Partner, Jay is also the President of the Investment Committee at TestPro Innovation Fund, connecting visionary Founders to investment and capital markets while providing strategic advice on technology and business growth.
Jay loves outdoor activities such as mountain biking as a contrast to the corporate life to ensure a sense of balance ( and sanity?), and works out with his personal trainer focussing on boxing, strength & conditioning. He has travelled around the E.U, U.S, Middle East, Asia & North Africa and is always looking forward to his next adventure!
Ultimately what really drives Jay in both his personal and professional life is his fundamental belief in people’s ability to achieve great things.
